Antibodies against economic recession
Antibodies — the unsung heroes of life. These tiny humble weapons that keep you alive are currently the most treasured commodity, in a world that awaits the vaccine with bated ( or masked) breath.
The lack of antibodies against the virus is not just a marker of lack of immunity or infection in the society, but also a lack of entrepreneurial spirit-the only thing that can save us from the jaws of recession now.
I think most of us are beginning to accept that the virus might reach us before the vaccine does. And so when the dice are anyways loaded against us, it is the best time for risk-taking. Because honestly playing safe won’t really get you anywhere. The virus will probably find you.
So, what’s the best strategy? Well, harvest the most treasured commodity in the world of which you are a potential source yourself: Plasma, aka the divine soup of life-saving antibodies.
Just run around without a mask, attend every social gathering or whatever it is to catch the virus. Then sell your antibody soup and make some easy cash with it. All you have to do is find the virus before the virus finds the majority and cash-in on a precious commodity yourself. Now, THAT is what is called ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT.
I get it that this sounds crazy. Can running towards the virus instead of running away from it, actually save the economy? Obviously, you can’t be this foolish when it comes to life, right?
I know, but if you probably didn’t even think of the easiest moneymaking idea during the pandemic, you should reconsider your entrepreneurial abilities. You simply don’t have the crazy in you. You’re just romanticizing entrepreneurship.
For your own good, maybe don’t chase that IIM degree thinking it’ll bring out the entrepreneur in you. Don’t get all pumped up to create a start-up because you read Jobs’ biography 13 times. Your calling is probably just a pani-puri stall and there’s nothing wrong with it.
So, just think about it. Get off the entrepreneurial high-horse and find something that actually works for you. Give up the borrowed fantasy of becoming Jobs and just get an average job instead.
